2020 in three words

Bad things do happen; how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of my loss, or I can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have – LIFE itself.
Personally I find that Affirmations help banish negative thoughts, they release you from anxiety, negativity, guilt, fear, and pain.
With constant repetition, your subconscious mind will start to believe them.
Here are my Affirmations for the week. Feel free to join me and say them out to yourself:

🔊 Everything will work out for me.
As we repeat these words to ourselves, may they become our reality.
