2020 in three words
Anyone interested in joining me on my ‘Get back on track’ August Challenge?
Enough faffing about for me, August is the month to fully get back on track.
I find that participating in challenges help with consistency as staying accountable is a crucial part of every challenge.
Accountability drives me & keeps me focused, so if you indicate interest in joining me for this challenge we become accountability partners for the next 30 days.
The Challenge starts on the 1st of Augustand ends on the 30thof August.
My focus will be to cover 100km in August and integrate Burpees, Squats & Jump rope to my workouts weekly as shown above.
16hr Intermittent Fasting daily for the month of August is also the goal.
Intermittent Fasting has been proven to be one of the most reliable ways to achieve optimum health.
I will upload more info on Intermittent Fasting in a subsequent post.
